About

I am Ashley Hauck, a Licensed Professional Counselor (TX, OH, PA) and PEAK Performance Coach dedicated to helping clients create meaningful, lasting change. I’ve built a strong private practice working with individuals and couples who are ready to move beyond feeling “stuck” and into a life of growth, balance, and purpose.

Drawing from over 25 years in business leadership, I bring a unique perspective that blends emotional insight with practical strategies. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices—such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness—while also delivering Solution Focused methods you can start using right away. I work with clients to build capacity and flexibility so they can face challenges with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re simply someone ready for a change, a high-performer, leader, a business owner, I believe every step is progress—no matter how small you may feel it is.  My role is to walk alongside you—offering support, insight, and challenge when needed—while helping you uncover strengths, overcome barriers, and move toward the best version of yourself.

Individual Counseling

I provide individual therapy for adults (18+) using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness practices. We will begin by addressing present challenges and how they may be interfering with your ability to live life fully. At times, deeper exploration of past experiences may be needed to better understand current struggles. Together, we will also look toward the future by building resilience, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills to support lasting growth.

Marriage & Couples Counseling

I offer couples therapy utilizing research-backed approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy, and the Gottman Method. My work with couples focuses on enhancing communication, deepening emotional connection, resolving conflict, and rebuilding trust. Whether you are in crisis or simply want to strengthen your relationship, I help partners work toward healthier, more fulfilling dynamics.   I offer extended and intensive sessions for clients who wish to go beyond the standard 60-minute format.

Pre-Marital Counseling

I offer premarital counseling designed to help couples build a strong foundation for marriage. Using the Prepare/Enrich assessment, we explore key areas of your relationship—including communication, conflict resolution, financial management, family dynamics, and expectations for the future. I work with each couple to determine the number of sessions and customize the process to fit your unique needs and goals. Upon completion, I can provide a certificate of completion, which some faith communities or officiants require before marriage.

PEAK Performance Coaching

I offer PEAK (Perspective, Energy, Action, Keystone Habits) Performance Coaching for driven, high-achieving individuals—including but not limited to leaders, professionals, business owners, athletes, artist. This approach blends performance coaching with licensed mental health support. It is designed for people who want more than simply “getting by” or staying functional—they are looking to push themselves further. These individuals are motivated to strengthen their mental capacity, build flexibility in how they handle stress and change, and expand the resilience needed to perform at a high level while maintaining balance in life and relationships. The goal is to develop the capacity and flexibility to stay clear, focused, and effective—even in extreme or high-pressure situations.

Through PEAK Performance Coaching, clients gain clarity, uncover patterns that hold them back, take meaningful action, and establish habits that support lasting growth. The result is greater flexibility, stronger decision-making, and the emotional intelligence needed to thrive under pressure while maintaining balance in all areas of life.

PEAK stands for:

  • Perspective – Gaining perspective means stepping back to see both yourself and the bigger picture with clarity. It’s about preparing for change by recognizing not only where you are now, but also how your past experiences, current patterns, and core values shape your present. With a clearer lens, you can identify blind spots, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and realign with what truly matters. This preparation lays the groundwork for intentional growth, allowing you to move forward with focus and purpose.

  • Energy – Energy is a limited but powerful resource, and where you place it determines your growth. This step is about identifying what deserves your attention and letting go of what drains you. By learning to direct your energy with intention, you build flexibility to adapt when life shifts, expand your capacity to handle stress without burning out, and create balance across the areas of life that matter most. With renewed energy, you gain the strength and endurance to stay consistent on the path toward your goals.

  • Action – Insight alone isn’t enough—true change happens when awareness is put into motion. Action is about transforming clarity into practical steps that move you closer to your goals. Together, we’ll create strategies that are realistic and aligned with your values, helping you practice new ways of thinking and behaving. Each step, no matter how small, builds confidence and momentum, creating measurable progress over time.

  • Keystone Habits – Some habits carry more weight than others—they anchor your growth and positively influence many areas of life. Keystone habits are those foundational practices that hold everything together and make sustainable change possible. By identifying and strengthening these habits, you create stability, resilience, and a framework for ongoing success—both personally and professionally. They are the structures that allow growth to last long after the coaching process ends.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

I have completed advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and continue to expand my skills in this evidence-based approach. EMDR is a specialized therapy that helps the brain process distressing or overwhelming experiences so they no longer feel as intense in the present. During sessions, we use guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation while focusing on certain thoughts or memories. This process allows your brain to reprocess those experiences in a healthier way. Many clients find EMDR helpful for reducing the impact of trauma, anxiety, or negative beliefs, and I integrate it with other therapy methods to support healing and lasting growth.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a research-based approach that can be offered alongside traditional therapy to support mental health and overall well-being. It uses EEG (electroencephalogram) technology, which simply means measuring the brain’s electrical activity through sensors placed on the scalp. This process is non-invasive and painless—there are no shocks or medications involved. Instead, it gives us real-time information about how your brain is functioning.

During a session, you sit comfortably while watching a screen or listening to sounds that provide feedback on your brain’s activity. Over time, this “feedback” helps your brain learn to regulate itself more effectively, much like exercise trains the body.

Benefits may include:

  • Reduced anxiety, stress, and racing thoughts

  • Improved focus and concentration

  • Better sleep and energy regulation

  • Greater emotional stability and resilience

While traditional therapy works with thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, neurofeedback supports the brain itself—helping clients feel calmer, more focused, and better able to engage in the therapeutic process.

I have completed basic training in neurofeedback and am currently working toward Board Certification in Neurofeedback through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). I am practicing under general mentorship as I continue to gain experience and expand my skills in this specialized area. My goal is to integrate neurofeedback as a supportive option alongside traditional therapy, offering clients additional tools for regulation, focus, and resilience.

Flexible & Discreet Options

I offer both virtual sessions and in-person meetings to fit your lifestyle and privacy needs. I also provide concierge counseling options. Contact me directly for details about concierge services and fees.

Fees & Payment

I accept several insurance plans; however, in some cases not all services I provide will be covered under your plan.   For services that are not covered by insurance, I offer direct pay options, which allow clients to cover the cost of sessions directly. This approach provides flexibility, ensures access to services that may not be covered by insurance, and allows us to tailor treatment based on your needs rather than insurance limitations.   I can provide a SuperBill for potential out-of-network reimbursement and itemized invoices for FSA or HSA payments.

Because every client’s needs are unique, I will provide billing details prior to your first intake session.

Payment Methods Accepted: Credit card (VISA, MC, Discover, AmEx), Debit Card, HSA/FSA cards, and check.
